Kidney Diseases Cannot Be Discussed In Isolation From Diabetes & Hypertension

The common causes of chronic kidney disease (CKD) are diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia, which lead to a progressive loss in kidney function over a period of years. The symptoms of worsening kidney function are not specific, and might include feeling generally unwell and experiencing a reduced appetite.
