New Bellus was founded in 1992 in Tainan city, Taiwan. New Bellus was engaged in import and sale of food materials at the beginning of the establishment. Since 2002, in response to the changes in people’s lifestyles, New Bellus has begun to invest in the field of microbial fermentation. Nowadays, we have been devoted to the field of microbial fermentation for over 20 years. Owing to the outstanding R & D team, New Bellus has made great achievements in functional probiotics, medicinal mushrooms, fermented ingredients and several novel fermented foods. Moreover, New Bellus also actively promote the "industry-university-research-medicine" cooperation to continuously improve microbial fermentation technology.

New Bellus’ profession not only present in the R & D, but also in the manufacturing facility. New Bellus’ manufacturing plant has obtained several international certifications, including FSSC22000 (Food Safety System Certification), ISO22000 (Food Safety Management System), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), NSF-GMP (NSF Good Manufacturing Practice) and HALAL. Furthermore, to ensure the high-quality products, New Bellus has an ISO/IEC 17025 certified laboratory to strictly control the quality of each product.
